Returns & Exchanges

We get it — sometimes it’s not quite right. If you need to return or exchange an item, no stress. Here’s how it works:

Return Window
You’ve got 14 days from the day your order arrives to send it back.

Conditions

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

• All tags must still be attached

• Returns that don’t meet this may not be accepted

How to Return
Email info@southernbrothers.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We’ll send you the return address and next steps.

Exchanges
Want a different size or item? Let us know in your return email and we’ll do our best to sort it — subject to availability.

Refunds
Once we’ve received and checked your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow up to 5 working days for it to land.

Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are on you (unless the item’s faulty or wrong — then we’ll cover it).

That’s on us. Email us as soon as you spot it, and we’ll put it right.
